OLD LJUBELJ

The Old Ljubelj trail used to be a road leading to the land border between Austria and Slovenia. As the tunnel was opened for the traffic, the road became beloved among families as it is easily accessible. In the winter you can slide down the road. At the top, you are rewarded with a view over Ljubelj valley. There is also a mountain hut offering local food and refreshing drink.

The Prevala trail is especially beloved among children, as the path is running through small dark tunnels, making it necessary to carry a flashlight with you. At the top, you greeted by people running a mountain hut offering you local food and fresh diary products.
KOFCE & ŠIJA

There are multiple ways you can access Šija and Kofce. Our recommendation for you would be to start from a point we call “kapelica”. From there you follow a forest path that will lead you to Kofce. From there you can continue towards Šija following a hunter path parallel to the Košuta rief. To make it a round trip you descend back towards your car via a forest path.
KONJŠČICA – BELA PEČ

Best starting point is just before the farm Tič. Trail is marked just behind the farm and run through the meadows and forest. After 1 h you reach small hut on Konjšica where you can make first stop. Continue the trail direction Bela peč / Javornik. In 45 minute you are in one of the best Viewpoint in our region. You can return on the same way back or you continue to Javornik.

We recommend round trail that starts by Dom pod Storžičem. Take the marked trail to Javornik via Javorniško sedlo. First you follow forest road that change to normal path on the half way. When you reach Javorniško sedlo you turn left. Path will go slightly up. When you arrive to Planina Javornik you can have a stop or you just go up to the top on your right. All the time you have beautifull view to mountail Storžič and peaks of Kamniško Savinjske alpe (Grintovec, Kočna,..). Going back take the trail passing hut Planina Javornik and run direction Lom / Pavšel. Trail join the road to Pavšel. After 1 km you turn left direction Dom pod Storžičem..
DOBRČA

Dobrča is the hill that you see the best from the farm. There are multiple ways you can access. Our recommendation for you would be to start from the village Brezje pri Tržiču (you van park near the church). Trail beginn on the other side fo the road, follow left option that goes directly to the top. You pass viewpoint Vlaško and starting point for paragliding. Some minutes bellow is the hut Dobrča that is very well known for the good food. You can return on round trip via Lešanska planina and Bistriška planina. Mostly is running on forest road.
